Casting Process
The most important factor in Cast production is to keep high quality and high accuracy of products.
TOCHU pursues to produce products with the highest quality and accuracy by the own technologies and the production improvement activities called as “KAIZEN”. Under such strict management system, TOCHU has succeeded to produce wide rage of high quality products.

Machining process
TOCHU is always challenging to improve the production efficiency by the improvement of engineers’ skill level and the maximum utilization of the existing equipments in order to achieve the accuracy level required by customers. TOCHU is also challenging the further advanced technology, the higher product accuracy in the micron level and the special training program for multi-skilled workers which can keep long term accumulated knowhow.
