Pressure die casting (PDC) is one of methods of casting metal mold for Aluminum casting. It is the technology which injects melted Aluminum into precise metal mold by high speed and high pressure and to cast the product instantaneously. Products made by PDC have quality advantages in comparison with casting metal products, such as “size preciseness”, “surface smoothness”, “mass productivity” and “production by more complex molding shapes”.
