In addition, we need people who have high awareness ability. We believe that people can find new approaches and assessments which we should try to do, if people have sense of awareness.
"Awareness" is such as a compass which point to next action. We need people who have a "compass" that means awareness ability, and " three minds (Honest, Responsibility, and Corporation)" that our Tochu corporation's important spirits.
